It is what helps us to see into the future by sharpening our senses. With the Third Eye Chakra, we can receive messages with verbal communication, thus communicating with the world. Some say they can see the past. It gives us a sense of observation.
The Third Eye Chakra is represented by purple and is found between our eyes in the center of our forehead. Light is the element of this Chakra which provides it a deep vision from within. The Third Eye Chakra gives us balance and enables us to differentiate between what is real and what isn’t by combining our emotion with logic. When the Third Eye Chakra is balanced, we think clearly, we are focused and we experience good health overall.
