Order Placement
- Minimum Order Quantity: Corporate orders require a minimum purchase amount, which will be specified based on the selected products. (10 units minimum)
- Customization: Any customizations must be submitted at the time of order placement.
- Order Confirmation: An order confirmation will be sent once the order is placed. Any changes to the order must be made within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation.
Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Prices will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit card and bank wire transfers.
- Discounts: Bulk order discounts may be available and are applied based on the order size and product selection. 10-49 units receive 25% off, 50+ units receive 35% off (10 units minimum).
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the order size, weight, and destination. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise specified.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
- International Shipping: For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Returns and Exchanges
- Return Policy: Corporate gifts are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon receiving the order.
- Damaged Items: Any claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Please contact our customer service team at b2b@karmaandluck.com to initiate a return or exchange.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are only permitted for defective or damaged items. Customized products are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Customization and Personalization
- Lead Times: Customization may extend the standard lead time of 6-8 weeks.
- Approval Process: A proof of the customized product may be sent for approval before production begins. Please review the proof carefully, as any changes after approval may incur additional charges.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
- Customer Information: All customer information is kept confidential and used solely for processing and delivering orders. We do not share customer information with third parties without consent.
- Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect customer data against unauthorized access and use.
